7-Day Return Window
We have a strict 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your item is marked as "Delivered" to request a return. If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags must be attached
  • In its original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:
  • Intimates, Lingerie, and Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty and Cosmetic products
  • Face masks
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at galdia.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  1. Please include your Order Number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
